Menopausal Hormone Therapies

The symptoms in women with complaints are alleviated, and the quality of life is improved through hormone therapies with the aim of replacing hormones that decrease and become insufficient during the menopausal period. This treatment also eliminates the risks that occur during the menopausal period. For this purpose, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is applied to replace diminished and insufficient hormones during the menopausal period. In this treatment, medications containing estrogen or both estrogen and progesterone are used. In addition to HRT, vaginal estrogen creams, regular nutrition, and exercise routines are complementary treatment methods for preventing vaginal dryness.
